What to Expect

When your hire us for a home inspection, we will do our best to get the job done within 2 business days. We have no problem coming out in the evenings or on weekends if that is what works best for you. After all, in the real estate industry, we understand that our clients are frequently operating on delicate timelines. We are committed to being a part of the solution. 

 

We will inspect all aspects of the home and send over a report detailing our findings, complete with color photos. Most reports will be delivered by 8 am the next day. We are glad to walk through the home with you, answering questions and pointing out potential issues.

If the home needs to be re-inspected for any reason, we will get there as quickly as possible.
